Abstract of the Lecture:
„To write Web application is very easy. Even easier is to do it wrong and cause various problems to its users.“

The Lecture describes principles of secure programming, highlights typical web applications' security problems, teaches how to validate input data, improves security of passwords, shows usage of SSL and DNSsec technologies. It operates with shortcuts like XSS, SQLi or CSRF.

Short CV of Dan Ohnesorg:
Dan Ohnesorg graduated from ČVUT. Is deeply interested in computer security and eHealth applications. He works as co-owner and CEO of AdminIT company, specialized in managing Linux servers and network security. He is currently also the chairman of the Czech Linux Users Group and the secretary of the Czech National Forum for eHealth.

FIT Informatics Mondays is a series of lectures and workshops organized by the Faculty of Information Technology of the Czech Technical University in Prague (CTU). The series aims at students, CTU employees, and professionals in informatics.
