Short bio

Libor Malý founded the electronic job market in the Republic 17 years ago. He headed the LMC s.r.o. till the beginning of 2012. LMC is currently employs nearly 250 people in Prague. Under his leadership, LMC expanded its services to corporate and retail customers in the most famous Czech working portals and LMC also developed solutions to manage the acquisition and selection of employees, and also focused on providing comprehensive HR consulting. Libor Malý is currently devoted primarily to his civic association Adato Paradigma, which develops a concept of how our world can work without money. Libor studies Tibetan Buddhism and is also significantly involved in community activities. In 2010 Libor became a finalist Via Bona Award in the category of individual donors, where where he finished in second place.
