The Old Town Astronomical Clock in Prague is the oldest functioning astronomical clock in the world and a unique medieval technical monument. A project to digitize it is currently underway, covering the clock mechanism, the astrolabe, and all other components. Would you like to help create a unique digital replica of the Old Town Astronomical Clock? Come to the project presentation and lecture. The technology and history of the Old Town Astronomical Clock will be presented by Ing. David Knespl from the Historical Laboratory at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering (FEL) of the Czech Technical University (ČVUT).
