The Dean’s Administration deals primarily with the dean’s agenda. This includes organizing meetings, preparation of materials, everyday telephone and email communication inside and outside the faculty, filing of contracts and other legal documents and ensuring the operation of the Dean’s Office. Other activities also include taking care of the archive and a part of the FIT’s library. The Registry and Records Office receives and sends letters and other documents in writing and ensures their circulation in the framework of the records management. Also the Legal Department is an indispensable part of the Dean’s Administration.

Office hours

The Faculty of Information Technology is located in the New Building of CTU. The Registry and Records Office (room 333) can be found on the 3ʳᵈ floor. For the purpose of delivery of paperwork in connection with the admissions procedure and the studies, the address of the Office of Study Affairs shall be used.

  • We accept post to be sent through the Czech Post every working day before 12:00 pm.

  • The office hours may be shortened during holidays, usually from 1 July till 1 September.
