Our group deals with research in algorithms that require the use of multiple processors or individual computers due to their high computational or memory requirements. We focus on the latest parallel and distributed computer systems composed of thousands of working nodes. We also deal with own data structures and algorithms for selected application areas and we do research into architectures of these large, high-performance computer systems.
