Summary
With the ubiquity of wearable computing, an important and emerging challenge is to understand how people interact with smart watches. This master's thesis identified key control elements and tested them with the users. On the ground of test results there was created a user interface of the smart watch app for personal expense tracking.

Summary
This thesis first introduces readers to the issue of smart television and entering text on this platform. Further work is focused on the exploration of existing methods of text input on Hybrid Broadcast Broadband TV platform.
It also describes the design, development, testing and evaluation of their own solutions entering text using a universal remote control.
Design your solution is based on the
review of previous work in this area and several rounds of pilot testing.
Another aim was to design and carry out a controlled experiment input text on a platform of interactive digital television.
In the experiment I compared the performance (speed and error rate), which participants achieved through the proposed solution and using a virtual on-screen keyboard, which is the de facto standard text input on the TV.
Eight participants completed 20 fifteen-minute transcribing sessions of text with both text entry methods.

Summary
The diploma thesis deals with development of mobile phone application, which enables citizens to report various problems to city authorities. The first part of the thesis briefly describes a web application with the same purpose. The new mobile phone application uses the application interface of this web version. The next part concerns basic principles and guidelines to create mobile applications based on the Android operating system guidelines and analyses existing mobile applications. The main part of the thesis deals with design of the application user interface including testing in all development stages. The final part describes a selection of suitable technologies for application development as well as the application implementation itself.

Summary
This diploma thesis deals with analysis of processes related to Erasmus student exchange and design of a social network for Erasmus students. The goal of the thesis is designing a social network app which will improve Erasmus students' lives abroad by simplifying meeting new people, attending events and all other activities found during analysis.
The thesis describes already existing solutions, analyzes the processes and proposes a solution based on the results of the analysis. The solution is an interactive, high fidelity prototype of the designed app tested with real users and improved according to the usability test results.
