Summary
This bachelor thesis deals with analysing, creating a model of electronization and implementation of an agenda of university cooperation with industry. Its goal is to simplify the process of making the first offer to the university, to keep comunication with industry partners united, the creation of suitable forms of contracts and maintenance of continuous cooperation. Because of present absence of school rules in this area this bachelor thesis brings almost first compact perspective over this issues and also a collection of rules for official progress in the area of industry partnership and cooperation. The most effective part of the complete work should be brought by model of electronization and implementation of PoC (Proof-of-Concept) - prototype of complete application. Among other sources, the thesis is based mainly on consultations with industrial liaison officer of Faculty of Electrotechnics (specifically Ing. Náplava), who takes care of this so far manual process. Analysed process was transformed into business diagrams using modeling program made by Camunda organization and was used like a base for new process of this agenda. In this new form, the process was approved by consultant and there was created a implementation model of electronized form of the process. The implementation itself was also made in Camunda program group using Java programing language. After evaluation of outputs of the thesis, there was also made a practicability study, which consulted possible upgrades of application and discussed its possible use in the future. In the ideal case, outputs of this thesis will be fully usable at least at Faculty of Elektrotechnics, which was primary subject of analysis, and its installation will save a lot of time to workers, who takes care of the agenda now.

Summary
This work deals with the problematic implementation of the process application eProcesy/Camunda at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at CTU in Prague. The current implementation brings complicated extensibility and sustainability of the application. The aim of the work is to implement and extend the eProcesses interface with the functionality of the web application Camunda Tasklist and thus get rid of the dependence on its use. This is the functionality of filtering tasks and displaying forms representing the tasks. The following is an economic-managerial evaluation of the conditions under which it is more advantageous to approach your own solution of the necessary functionalities or to solve problems by purchasing a Camunda Enterprise license. Selected functionalities for this work were successfully implemented in full. The implementation was financially quantified. The result of the calculation served as one of the aspects for economic-managerial evaluation. Based on the financial demands of the implemented functionalities and requirements contained in the Camunda Enterprise license, it was evaluated that purchasing a Camunda Enterprise license would be recommended for example of process automation in university-wide scope.
