Summary
The aim of this thesis is to streamline the processes of the non-profit organization Modrý kľúč by selecting and implementing a suitable technology. The theoretical part focuses on introducing social services for children and adults with intellectual and multiple disabilities and analyzes major challenges of these services. The practical part deals with a detailed analysis of selected processes within the organization, the design of a solution, and its subsequent implementation. The final section includes testing and evaluation of the benefits achieved.
