Summary
The thesis focuses on a detailed comparison of the popular technology Node.js in the context of scalable server applications with its modern alternatives, Deno and Bun, which show potential to replace this technology in the future. The comparison is made primarily from the perspective of three key aspects: security, usability, and performance. Based on the analysis and the valuable insights gained, a testing suite is further proposed for relevant and practical load testing and its evaluation.
