The FIT CTU Regional Research Center, in cooperation with the Josef Underground Laboratory, supports research, development, and innovation activities with a focus on transferring knowledge into practice, primarily in the following areas:
- research and development of software modules,
- research into artificial intelligence and machine learning,
- research into robotics, robotic manipulation and guidance underground,
- secure data storage
- drones “without GPS” or on premises/in nature and territory monitoring
- testing of sensors underground
