At the end of each semester, the authors of the best bachelor’s and master’s theses are awarded the Dean’s Award by the Dean of the FIT CTU, Doc. RNDr. Ing. Marcel Jiřina, Ph.D. He selects them based on the recommendations of the expert committee for state final exams.
In the winter semester of 2024/2025, five students received this award. One bachelor’s thesis and four master’s theses were honored. The diploma, along with a financial reward, was presented to the students during the ceremonial graduation at the Bethlehem Chapel on March 27, 2025.
“It is an honor to recognize outstanding final theses and present the Dean’s Award to the students. Many of these works have significant practical relevance or potential for publication. The faculty committee always presents an excellent selection, which sometimes makes my final decision difficult,” says Dean Marcel Jiřina.
