Office of Development

These include mainly projects of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports from the Operational Program “Research, Development and Education” (OP RDE), which are focused on enhancing the quality of education, ensuring conditions for high-quality research and relevance of education and research to the labour market.

We also work as middlemen and consultants on projects that aim to support creation and development of communication and sharing knowledge between the commercial and research sector, such as projects of the Ministry of Industry and Trade from the Operational Program “Enterprise and Innovation” (OP EI) and projects of the City of Prague from the Operational Program “Prague – Growth Pole of the Czech Republic”.

The Office of Development is responsible for:

• Analyzing the possibilities of financing of project ideas from one of the grant programs from the European Structural and Investment Funds
• Advisory, consultancy and guidance on how to prepare a project application in accordance with a provider’s call
• Continuous monitoring, revision and amendments to project applications and project budgets in accordance with the requirements of the managing authority
• Assistance with preparation, creation and finalization of documents and annexes in project applications
• Financial and project management during project implementation
• Project administration
• Creation of change control, reports on implementation and payment requests in accordance with the requirements set by the provider of the grant
• Control of usage of financial resources and adherence to the financial plan
• Keeping records and archiving of complete project documentation
• Implementation and complete administration of project inspections and audits
