Summary
This thesis is focused on the subject Internet of Things. Specifically it summarizes the most frequently used technolgoies for message exchange. From the communication technologies it focuses on recently developed networks called Low Power Wide Area (LPWA), their characteristics and current situation in the Czech republic. The LoRa technology and LoRaWAN network are described thoroughly, since they form the basis for the practical part. A functional prototype of sensor for pool water quality monitoring is created in the practical part. The sensor uses technology LoRa. As a base for practical usage a server for receiving and plotting data from the sensor has been developed.

Summary
The subject of this bachelor thesis is creating an application for controling a small industrial robot used for object manipulation. The application is developed for the Lynxmotion AL5D robot, which can be referred to as, a robot hand. The robotic hand is controlled via a connected gamepad and the application also allows you to record motion sequences. These recorded sequences can then be edited and replayed in the application. By doing so, the robot can be programmed to perform an automated activity. The text of the thesis starts with a brief description of the robot and analysis of other existing applications. The next part describes the design process of my application and then highlights how my application is implemented. The application is written in C++ programming language and has an user interface displayed in a web browser.

Summary
This work focuses on the problematics of the creation of interactive web browser for viewing of 3D models with respect to the possibility of the intuitive creation of own scene. Work briefly introduces the most known and already existing services for viewing three dimensional models in web browsers. Based on these findings the application in web browser is designed where the user can import object models, apply textures to them and set the possible interactions.

Summary
The thesis presents the design and construction of a packet reflector for 1Gbps Ethernet networks. The device can forward Ethernet IP packets at full speed of the interface. The device is also capable of packet delay variation analysis of incoming packet stream. The thesis concerns the digital design implemented in an FPGA circuit and it also deals with the implementation of software used for controlling designed units. The goal of this thesis has been accomplished by these units. The packet reflector was successfully tested and implemented in two Xilinx FPGA chips. The device is already used in CESNET z.s.p.o. for testing Ethernet networks used for low-latency video transmissions.

Summary
Subject of this diploma thesis is implementation of audio codecs for Audio MVTP platform based on Xilinx Zynq-7000 system-on-chip. Results are modules that allow audio to be converted between analog form, digital audio standards ADAT and S/PDIF and embedded AES3 audio into 3G-SDI video stream according to SMPTE299m. Modules also allow the audio to be transmitted as RTP packets across IP networks. The modules are implemented in VHDL.

Summary
The digitization of cultural heritage objects takes the form of photographs and 2D scans and serves as an archive and information source. The aim of this thesis is to analyze current possibilities of digitization of collection objects in the form of 3D models. In addition, analyze, design and implement solution to display collection items in an interactive way in the web environment on different platforms, such as kiosks at museum expositions, web presentations of cultural heritage institutions, or on personal computers and mobile devices of the general public.
