Information for Exhibitors

Dear Partners and Sponsors of FIT CTU,

Thank you for the long-term cooperation and energy you put into all our joint projects and activities. On this page, you will find organizational information for exhibitors at the COFIT jobs fair in October 2025.

Instructions for smooth running of the event

Please, meet the following instructions: 

  1. The number of representatives of all companies is limited to a maximum of 5 persons / day / stand.

  2. Please ensure you have submitted the exact number of participants (1–5) and their contact information.

  3. Update job offers/internships/projects for students – see a Publication of offers for students section.

  4. Check your logo and the link to your website on the Partners and sponsors website.

  5. Report any individual requirements – if you plan a specific activity and need more space or technical support (electricity+wifi are provided), or if you are interested in having another stand outside the faculty, food truck, etc. (extra fee).
  6. Review organizational information regarding parking, stand specifications, and other logistical aspects.

Exhibitor Service Packages

Each exhibitor receives the following as part of the partnership:

  1. Stand space: Partners – 3 × 3 m, Sponsors – 2.5 × 2 m

  2. Promotion of the event and all participating companies through all available FIT channels (emails, social media, faculty website, digital screens)

  3. On-site support before, during, and after the event (e.g. help with booth setup, delivery of event photos)

  4. Catering for up to 5 company representatives.

Additional Services (charged separately)

  1. Catering for each additional representative – 1,000 CZK / person

  2. Parking – 400 CZK / space / day

  3. Participation in the visitor contest (requires providing a prize worth at least 1,000 CZK)

  4. Outdoor presence (e.g. food truck) – 10,000 CZK excl. VAT

Stands layout

The location of the stands is at a random generated and decided by the organisers. You are going to receive the exact location of your stands a few days before the fair, including a map. Due to capacity and organizational reasons, it is not possible to choose a specific place in advance. Thank you for your understanding.

Organizational information

Parking and helping with things

You can temporarily park directly in front of the side entrance to the building on Kolejní or Bechyňova streets for unloading your equipment. Please move your vehicle to the nearby purple parking zones immediately afterward. Parking is subject to a fee and is provided only for exhibitors who requested it during registration for the fair.

 

Our assistants can help with unloading, and a cart will also be available for moving heavy items.


Info on the stands

  • You can find the exact location of your stand on the fair map or directly at the location marked with your company's name. It is not possible to choose a specific spot in advance.
  • Each stand will have access to power outlets and WiFi.
  • The information Cooperation with Industry stand will be available throughout the fair, where you can contact us with your requests and questions or you can contact Khrystyna Verbytska at +420725308747.

Other

  • Refreshments and lunch for company representatives will be available in room 152/153.

  • The new CTU building is barrier-free.

  • Our photographer will document the whole event. Photos will be used on our website and social networks, and we will send them to you for your own use.

Job opportunities for students

You can post your job offers, internships and projects for students on our website. 

  1. Register at https://www.experts.ai.

  2. Send your name and your registration email to ssp@fit.cvut.cz so we can link your account to your company’s profile.

  3. Complete your profile and manage your offers.

How to create an offer

  • Check the Guide to Offers for useful tips on formulating offers for our students.

  • There is no limit to the number of published offers. Advertising is included in the price of cooperation.

  • You set the validity of the offer yourself. After this time, the offer will stop appearing, you will see it as inactive in the administration, and you can restore it yourself.

  • When you create an offer, it will immediately appear on the web.

  • When you delete an offer, then refresh the page to see the new changes.

  • If you want to attract students with a potential thesis topic, please submit this offer as a "study project." Don't forget that if a student expresses interest, the final assignment must be approved by the head of the department.

  • The display and arrangement of offers on the web are determined by a reconditioning system based on the interest in the offer, and if the student has signed up for a subscription, then also by his/her preferences (i.e. completed subjects and interests).
