For FIT students - Enrolment in courses of other faculties/departments of CTU
If a faculty/other part of CTU offers a course in the KOS system for a student's degree programme, then:
- the student, according to his/her interest, finds a course in KOS at the faculty that provides it,
- enter it in the KOS. For faculties or units of CTU that have preliminary enrolments, they enrol the course during this period and then confirm their enrolment in the regular enrolment
If a faculty/other part of CTU does not offer a course in KOS for students in the student's program of study, then:
- the student finds a subject of his/her interest in the CTU White Book at the faculty providing it.
- contact the department of the relevant faculty teaching the course with a request to register the course.
- if the student has not yet completed the registration for the semester, the registration of the course in the KOS can be done by the study officer of the relevant department of the faculty.
- if the student has already completed the semester's enrollment, he/she submits a request approved by the sponsoring department to his/her home STO to enroll in the course.
Enrolment in courses outside CTU
When enrolling in courses outside the CTU, including their possible charging, students are governed by the regulations of the faculty/institute/college providing the course and the rules according to any bilateral agreements between FIT/CCU and the relevant faculty/institute/college.
