2020 - 2022

he general aim of the project is to continue in the research of perspective concepts in Software Engineering. We are moving the focus according to changes in the team. Actually we plan to concentrate on research in following areas: (1) Model-driven Software Development, (2) Distributed and parallel data processing in graph databases, (3) Generating Models from Textual Requirement Specifications.

2023 - 2025

The project builds on the outputs of a previous SGS project of the same name. Its overall goal is to continue work on promising areas of software engineering. Compared to the previous project, there are changes in the primary research areas due to changes in the research team and progress in the research areas. Therefore, this year we will primarily focus on the following areas:

2017 - 2019

2014

The project continues on results of previous SGS project. It follows already started research on cutting-edge concepts and technologies of software engineering. Our main research subtopics for this year are: (1) software ecosystems, (2) event-driven dta processing, (3) model-driven development of software.

2021 - 2023

Hlavním cílem projektu je vytvoření postupů pro analýzu tematických klastrů na materiálu uměleckého textu novočeské literatury a jejich následná aplikace na konkrétní digitalizovaně zpracované texty. Smyslem projektu je za využití softwarových nástrojů materiál uměleckého textu roztřídit podle stanovených kulturně-společenských kategorií, jež i dnes vnímáme jako společensky závažná a aktuální, do tematických hnízd, s nimiž bude moci uživatel pracovat, třídit je a kombinovat, což mu umožní nalezení nečekaných souvislostí v textech novočeského básnictví. Výstup výzkumu se následně promítne do prezentační aplikace, která bude zpřístupňovat takto zpracovaný materiál pomocí definovaných modulů podle cílového uživatele (čtenářská veřejnost; student středoškolák a vysokoškolák, resp. pedagog; badatel; vydavatel). Tato prezentační aplikace bude přístupná on-line a přinese nejvýznamnější knihy česky psané poezie 19. a počátku 20. století ve fulltextu s rozsáhlým rejstříkem nástrojů. Proponovaná aplikace má potenciál zásadním způsobem ovlivnit způsob výuky literatury, bude moderní didaktickou pomůckou a bude mít též dopad v oblasti výzkumu společenských věd.

2013

This project will develop cutting-edge concepts and technologies in areas of software engineering that will include four topics: (1) model-driven development of software, (2) interoperability of object-oriented languages, (3) software ecosystems, and (4) event-driven data processing. This project will enable integration of research results within these topics, improve organization of work via better management of work, integration of research results` evaluation with better distribution of research funds that will reflect actual research outcomes.

2010 - 2012

CellStore project started at 2003. The very basic version is already available. It was also published as "authorized software". The aim of the grant application is its further significant extension. Especially we plan following modules: support of type subsystem in XQuery language, integration of XQuery Update Facility (DML language), transactional processing, and optimization of XQuery queries.

2020 - 2021

Společnost připravuje vytvoření datové platformy, která propojí dosud nespolupracující roztroušená veřejně dostupná data z datových a informačních zdrojů z oblasti marketingu, médií a komunikace. Datová platforma na jednom místě poskytne přehled o datových zdrojích využitelných v rámci procesu marketingové komunikace.

2017 - 2019

The key trend in management has been to attempt to make all decisions data driven. A critical element in this effort has been the data warehouse or, more broadly, business intelligence (BI). Fast changes are forcing companies to develop faster, and fast development requires effective BI management, so-called data governance (DG). Without solid DG processes and rapid development in place, companies are not able to use their own data successfully. The ongoing big data revolution brings more issues to an already complex field and shows that current DG technologies are not ready for the future. The goal of this project is to create tools which will ensure effective DG in big data environments and thereby protect the billions of dollars invested into BI development worldwide.

2021

Cílem projektu je zmapování jednotlivých procesů zakázkové výroby, v tomto případě zakázkové výroby luxusních hodinek, vytvoření strukturálního i procesního modelu celé aplikační domény a na jeho základě návrh a implementace podpůrného softwarového systému, který bude dobře škálovatelný a pomocí konfigurace snadno upravitelný v případě změn některých dílčích procesů. Při návrhu a realizaci bude dbáno na to, aby výsledný systém byl po drobných (konfiguračních) úpravách použitelný obecně.

2021 - 2023

Cílem projektu je inovace výuky fotosyntézy na ZŠ a SŠ ve smyslu jejího významu pro tvorbu trvale udržitelné biomasy, chemismus vod a atmosféru v době globální klimatické změny. Prostředkem k dosažení tohoto cíle bude digitální platforma obsahující interaktivní učebnici k tématu fotosyntézy suchozemských a vodních rostlin využitelná pro 8. a 9. roč. ZŠ a a 1. a 2 roč.SŠ, v praxi ověřené a moderními výukovými metodami (challange based learning, project based learning, inquiry learning, place based education) zpracované návody na experimentální úlohy a metodiku pro učitele. Platfotma bude vyvíjena prostřednictvím výzkumného rámce tvořeného „Modelem didaktické rekonstrukce“, pedagogickou metodou využívanou pro inovace výuky v didaktice přírodovědných předmětů.

2020 - 2021

Cílem projektu je poskytnutí expertních znalostí z aplikovaného výzkumu v oblastech konceptuálního a ontologického modelování, aplikace grafových databází a specifikace, návrhu a prototypové implementace budoucí specifické funkcionality agregačního portálu pro podporu vzdělávání.

2011

The goal of the project is to determine and develop techniques making interoperability of statically and dynamically typed languages possible. One of the tasks is to implement a prototype of virtual machine which is able to interpret both Java and Smalltalk language. The using of the languages on top of the prototyped virtual machine will not be restricted in any direction. The solution will be validated on real use cases.

2013 - 2016

Environments of BI Systems and DWHs consist of thousands of program artefacts. An automatized management of a large amount of the artefacts requires highly powerful tools, which have been lacking in the market. Using recent theoretical results and long-term practical experiences with a maintenance of environments based on SQL and XML standards, we will create tools that will represent a revolutionary change in the area of the current tools of Quallity Assurance, wherein large financial means have been invested.
